You are filling out this form for a FREE hour of a two hour session at our Scalar Wave Center in Mooresville. Once you fill out the form you will be directed to sign up at NO CHARGE. You need to sign up before you can recieve your session. You will be responsible for the second hour @ 30.00. No payment is necessary before you try, if you are not happy you don't pay. It's pretty simple.
