In 2004, a research study on the effects of the Energy Enhancement System (EES) on 29 adult men and women from the Big Island of Hawaii was conducted by Dr. Lana J. Marconi, Ph.D. A scientifically valid and reliable measure of change called the Personal Orientation Inventory (POI) was administered before and after people experienced the EES. The study ran for 3 weeks during which time people experienced the EES once a week (60 min. sessions) for three weeks. The observed mental health changes in the following personality qualities as measured by the POI showed significant results. These positive results demonstrate that the EES assists human development. This is very promising considering that psychotherapy’s ultimate goal is to nurture the embodiment of the Higher Self within people. Briefly, in psychology, the client is guided to develop a strong and healthy ego from which to function in life. Once that is achieved, the client is guided to expand his/her ego container to hold Higher Self energies such as the five qualities described below. Some experts call this process of human development “Self-Realization.”

Dr. Victor Marcial-Vega, recognized as being in the top one percent of medical doctors in the U.S., trained at Johns Hopkins University, and was formerly staff radiation oncologist at both the University of Miami and Washington University Schools of Medicine. Dr. Marcial-Vega has done research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI). He has testified before US Congress and presented this technology to numerous medical and professional organizations nationally and internationally including the Radiation Oncology Committee meeting, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and neurological, nutritional and integrative medicine conferences. He has spearheaded clinical studies and research into the HHFe technology.

This Energy Enhancement System was installed and turned on at our center on May 19, 2001 at 7:52 PM Eastern
Standard Time. It is in a room that is squared, has two windows that are covered by thin paper. It
consists of four computers: each one aligned on each side of a square, with two pairs of computer monitors and
drives facing each other. There is a geometric gold plated metallic orb on the center of the room hanging from the
lamp fixture. It is claimed that it amplifies the signals coming from the device. There is another gold plated
metallic orb hanging from the southwest corner of the room. It is claimed that this captures negativity (positive
ions) and it is connected with a wire to a standard copper ground rod (embedded 7 feet into the ground). The
computers and monitors are all connected to surge protectors. The ground receptacle of the surge protectors is
connected with the orb that captures residual negative energy by a copper wire. Therefore, providing further
grounding to the system.

Recent direct experimental data as well as sophisticated computer-enhanced mathematical analyses of preexisting
data has revealed the predominance-of non-linear processes in biological systems . These new findings are
a dramatic departure from traditional theories which indicate that biochemical reactions are at or near a state of
equilibrium and that cells function in a linear, dispersive and degenerative manner. Electrochemical oscillations
between membrane-bound lipids near phase-transition temperature have been reanalyzed with the aid of powerful
computers and shown to be most accurately described by nonlinear quantum mechanical equations(2). Similar
analyses of coupling between harmonic oscillators represented by action potentials generated from active neuronal
• networks in the central nervous system has revealed-their- non-linear nature(3). Several types•of·quasi-partioles,
each with their own characteristic resonant frequencies, have been proposed to mediate these non-linear
phenomenon, including solitons, excitons and plasmons.

I have put together 12 patients for your presentation. Enclosed are the 12 files with the same information on the inside flap of each file. Please black out the names if you are going to share these. I guess HIPPA would want that? I have not provided a detailed subjective complaint and have given you only highlights in each chart.

Almost everyone has seen various subjective complaint improvements but I have not compiled lab values; etc. for this to be completely accurate. My aim has really been to prove that the EES raises cellular energy, which I can prove on most of my cases. You will notice the cellular millivolt readings are given above each meridian column.

The goal on the graph is to have all yellows (perfect symmetry and all meridians equal millivoltage) and to be in the 70%-100% range (ideal millivoltage strength). Most of the graphs are done after 10 hours in the chamber, however some went longer and I never test right after a session. (in between – I did include once in one at the charts though.) usually after a few days out of the chamber to get a more “real” measurement; similar to when a long needle acupuncture should wait 48-72 hours before retesting.

Most of these people did not have any other types of treatments other than some chiropractic maybe, so the results are definitely from the EES treatments. All Test 1 results were from before their first EES session.

This case report describes the use of scalar field therapy in the mitigation of seizures in an autistic child. The patient is a 4-yr-10-mo-old girl with a 3 year history of seizure disorder and autism. She presents with a long history of a series of 6 to 8 tonic-clonic seizures on a daily basis, each lasting approximately 10 to 20 seconds long. After a series of treatments in the scalar field, her seizures were reduced to 4 to 5 partial seizures of just 1 to 2 seconds in duration. The reduction in number and duration of seizures in this case suggests that the use of scalar field therapy in the treatment of seizure disorder should be further explored. Of great importance is the potential for controlling seizures while minimizing the use of pharmaceuticals that are often debilitating and have numerous negative side effects.
